This Classroom is designed for non-chiropractor staff members in a chiropractic office. There are 14 total classes that consist of approximately 16 hours of training designed to help both you and the chiropractic practice at which you work.
This course is highly discounted to KAC members as an added member benefit.
The 14 courses are designed to provide chiropractic staff the opportunity to develop a baseline understanding of the areas necessary to work in a chiropractic physician practice. The courses include basic anatomy, staff-related compliance, social media practices, basic billing, basic Medicare, and required HIPAA training.

Please note, neither the classroom nor the individual courses in the classroom are available for CE credits for chiropractors (or other licensees). The classroom courses are structured for non-chirorpactic staff to learn important basics in the office.
Dr. Conway is a second-generation chiropractor whose passion is enhancing and protecting the chiropractic profession. He is a partner in Madison Wisconsin based DeWitt Ross & Stevens, one of the largest law firms in Madison. His law practice consists primarily of health law and government relations with a strong focus on Medicare.
Since earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University, Dr. Mancini has owned and operated successful practices both in the United States and in Europe. His eloquence, sincerity and positive energy have made him a popular motivational speaker throughout the world.
Dr. Mancini served as President of Parker University and Parker Seminars for over 13 years and was recently honored as President Emeritus after his retirement in December of 2012. Dr. Mancini lectures all over the world inspiring thousands to live a healthy lifestyle. He has his own radio show at Hay House Radio and is seen often on television as a guest.

Kristi Hudson serves as the Director of Special Projects for ChiroHealthUSA and Administrator for the ChiroHealthUSA Foxworth Family Scholarship. Since 2010, she has helped educate chiropractors and their staffs on compliance issues related to faulty financial policies. She has been a guest lecturer for events hosted by Breakthrough Coaching, KMC University, Physician’s Business Solutions, and the Student ACA. She enjoys working with state associations, COCSA, the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress, and the Clinical Compass, to provide educational awareness on changes within the profession

May Bagnell, an international personal brand photographer and consistently successful motivational coach for women with extensive experience in the art of visual branding, storytelling, personal and professional development with a career spanning over 20+ years. She has been mentored by some of the best in the industry. She has been taught by the Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention, Gina Devee’s Divine Living, Landmark Education and others.

Director of Recruitment, Phyllis Frase-Charrette, works for Parker University promoting all things chiropractic to potential students. Phyllis has been a part of various chiropractic committees and in the chiropractic profession for over 20 years serving as a chiropractic assistant, trainer, office manager, and speaker for Parker’s annual seminars. Representing Parker University, she has taken her motivational speaking nationally providing insight on how to take chiropractic teams to the next level.
Holly Jensen has served the chiropractic profession since 2002 as a CA and Office Manager where she oversaw the operations of Dr. Miles Bodzin’s Chiropractic Wellness Center in San Diego, CA. For almost two decades she has continued to serve the chiropractic community as a Professional Speaker and the Chief Operations Officer for Cash Practice® Systems, the software & training company founded by Dr. Bodzin. To date, she has trained thousands of DC’s and CA’s on how to successfully attract, enroll and retain more patients while skyrocketing cash collections.
Dr. Louis Crivelli received his doctorate in chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences in 2001. He also holds a master’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, and a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Muhlenberg College. In 2002 he moved to Annapolis and began practicing in Greenbelt, MD (a stone’s throw from NASA Goddard Space Flight Center) where his diverse patient base consists of members of the scientific, educational, and industrial communities. Dr. Crivelli is a certified nutrition specialist (CNS) and focuses his interventions on inflammation and soft tissue healing.
He is the Chairman of the Maryland Chiropractic Association and was voted Chiropractor of the Year for 2016 and 2018. He also serves as chair of the Insurance and Legislative/Legal Committees. Dr. Crivelli is the Maryland delegate for the American Chiropractic Association and routinely meets in Washington, DC with the Maryland members of Congress to discuss healthcare related issues.
In addition to his practice and his work with the MCA and the ACA, he has been training and educating Chiropractic Assistants for over a decade. Dr. Crivelli is the developer, the chief instructor and coordinator of the Maryland Chiropractic Association’s Chiropractic Assistant program. He regularly teaches and records CA continuing education seminars in Maryland and throughout the country.
In addition to his practice and his teaching, Dr. Crivelli is the Vice Chairman of the Council on Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters (CCGPP). The Council is tasked with development of practice guidelines and knowledge translation for the chiropractic profession.
He is member of the American Chiropractic Association’s Council on Forensic Sciences, the Association for the History of Chiropractic, the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association, and the American College of Nutrition.
Dr. Crivelli lives outside Annapolis, MD with his wife Christiane and his children, Louis and Harper.
Marc Abla, CAE has been with the Illinois Chiropractic Society for 20 years and has extensive knowledge surrounding many compliance and legal-related issues surrounding the chiropractic profession. He is a Certified Association Executive and a graduate of the Certified Leadership Series through the Illinois Society of Association Executives. Additionally, he is a member of the Illinois Society of Association Executives, the American Society of Association Executives, serves on the Board of Directors for the Congress of Chiropractic State Associations, and is currently the Chairman of the Leadership Committee for the Chiropractic Future Strategic Plan.

Gold Star Medical Business Services was founded in 2006 by Lisa Maciejewski-West, as a way to provide a home-based job as a medical biller, for her then disabled husband. Lisa’s 35-year career in the Chiropractic, Medical and Dental fields, including 10 years as a Senior Practice Consultant and Speaker/Trainer with one of the largest Practice Management firms in the U.S., helped her quickly turn a “cottage” business in to a rapidly expanding medical billing company. In 2009, Lisa left her consulting position to care for her husband in the last months of his life and run Gold Star Medical full time.
In addition to the Medical Billing division, Gold Star has expanded its offerings to include a variety of practice assistance and development services. Lisa is a Certified Medical Coder (CMC), Certified Medical Compliance Specialist (MCS-P) and a Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM).
