Kurt Juergens, DC, CCSP has been in practice since 1989 and specializes in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports related injuries. In 1992, Dr. Juergens was selected to be a member of the United States Olympic Track and Field Trials Sports Medicine team. He has also served on the sports medicine teams for the ATP’s Tennis Masters Cup and U.S. Clay Court Championships. He has been featured as a medical expert in the Discovery Channel’s One Step Beyond Production, and he currently sits on the Board of Regents of Texas Chiropractic College, from which he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Juergens also lectures nationally for Foot Levelers, Inc., and he serves as the Medical Director for MetroNational Corporation in Houston, Texas.
During this 4-hour presentation, Dr. Juergens will review lower extremity biomechanics and will share his experiences on how to diagnosis and manage lower extremity injuries. He will also demonstrate how to incorporate into your practice state of the art modalities and a variety of active care techniques. Dr. Juergens will present case studies on common and uncommon lower extremity conditions. This course will provide useful information that you can implement in the treatment of your patients when you return to work Monday morning!
