Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized care for patients of all ages and abilities
• Partner with patients to help them achieve lifelong mobility
• Work alongside a caring, responsible, professional team
• Utilize diversified, flexion, drop table, and activator techniques (training provided if needed)
• Embrace a growth mindset and be open to being part of a team
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficient (or willing to train) in diversified, flexion, drop table, and activator techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Indiana Chiropractic License or eligibility to obtain one
Pay and Benefits
• Starting Salary in the $70,000-85,000 band, skills and experience dependent
• Signing Bonus awarded to help with move and transition
• Quarterly Performance Bonuses issued and Regular raises based upon performance
• 401k with a 4% match from the company
• Paid time off and closed for all weekends and holidays
• 4-day workweek with set weekday and all weekends off
• All malpractice and continuing education covered by the company
