The three profession experts will go over patient charts to give real-life auditing examples during the panel.
Objectives:

Course Outline:
· This will be a roundtable discussion for 1-hour that will be moderated by Rachel Wendt.
· The experts will perform a deep dive audit of current, real-life patient records to identify the dos, don’ts, and common mistakes of documentation.
