Description:

In the ICD-10 guidelines we learn that the provider must include a diagnostic statement that a condition exists.  In this presentation, Dr. Evan Gwilliam, the Clinical Director for PayDC EHR software, Certified Professional Coder, will use a clinical example to show you how to create such a statement so that the records clearly support the codes listed.
